Parts Production and Assembly

With our 24 press machines, our Press Plant is continuing to grow and develop itself and our customers. Our plant is in service for providing sheet metal materials especially needed in white appliances industry, heating and cooling, electricity and automotive industries to our customers in desired quality.

Our firm shipped approximately 25 million pieces to our customers by processing 13 thousand tons of sheet metal in 2016.

We can momentarily measure our productivity thanks to ‘IPS’ program specially designed for our firm on our existing ERP system. Moreover, this program allows us to perform Online Process Tracking with all departments.

Having a press section from 120 tons to 800 tons, we have the capacity to form 340.000.000 stroke sheet metal in the range of 0.3mm – 6mm thickness.
